Robotics Course
Tufts University offers ME35: Intro to Robotics, a hands-on class that introduces the fundamentals of robotics through a series of weekly projects. Throughout the course, students learn key concepts like control systems, image processing, sensor design, filtering, and state machines, while also applying ideas from circuit theory, artificial intelligence, microcontroller programming, and physical design.
The class is very project-focused, with each week building new skills through practical challenges. All of this leads up to a large final project, where the entire class of 27 students collaborates to design and build a complex robotic system together.
